Returns and 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement to info@danles-lab.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
After notifying us, please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags. You are responsible only for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
For returns made without a product defect or fulfilment error, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, DANLE DING bears the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds include the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of return shipment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception applies only to genuinely customised products, not standard-size items.
