General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope and Contracting Party
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through www.danles-lab.com. The contracting party is DANLE DING / Danle Ding, Lübecker Straße 102, 22087 Hamburg, Germany, email: info@danles-lab.com, phone: +49 174 5674880.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Product displays in the online shop are not binding offers. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. A contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. An automated order confirmation only confirms receipt of the order unless it expressly states acceptance.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown include applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is due according to the conditions of the payment method selected by the customer.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times shown in the shop are estimates unless a binding date has been expressly agreed. If an item becomes unavailable despite reasonable care, we will inform the customer and refund payments already received for that item.
5. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free unless different costs are clearly displayed before the order is placed. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges for deliveries outside the European Union are borne by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details, deadlines, consequences and the model withdrawal form are set out on the separate “Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsbelehrung” page.
8. Returns
For a valid consumer withdrawal relating to non-defective goods, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs. If goods are defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, DANLE DING bears the reasonable return shipping costs after prior contact. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
9. Custom-Made and Personalised Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal requirements for that exception are met. Any exclusion will be clearly indicated before purchase.
10. Defects and Statutory Warranty
Statutory rights for defective goods apply. Customers should contact info@danles-lab.com with the order number and a description of the issue. A request to report transport damage promptly does not restrict statutory rights.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. For slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Mandatory consumer and product-liability rights remain unaffected.
12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
13. Online Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Severability
If an individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Mandatory statutory rules apply in place of any invalid provision.
